Ordered 3 Hypnos beds on 31/10/12 with 3-5 weeks quoted for delivery. Our first 2 beds arrived on 8/1/13, with no sign of the third. The courier company said they'd get back to me about it - still waiting. Had to chase BLT about it and they claimed that Hypnos had made a mistake with the order and it would be "rushed through production" and would be with us w/c 21 Jan. I chased them again that week and was promised it would be the following week. We eventually received the bed on 2nd Feb - a full 3 MONTHS after ordering it. No compensation offered for the inconvenience. While prices are great, there is no attention to detail, no customer care and you have to chase them all the time. The beds are wonderful and the guys that delivered them great!

Only spotted the sale ad. morning after it ended but because adverse weather conditions had prevented staff getting to work the sale was still on the website. When I rang they said I could buy at the sale price which I did. Told it would take 4-5 weeks to come from the factory and received a phone call within that time-frame to say it had arrived. Arranged a delivery day between 9.00 a.m & 5.00 p.m. and it arrived just before 5.00 p.m.

They did everything they said they would do within the time they said they would do it.

Very pleased with the service and would definitely buy from them again if I'm ever on need of another bed.

Ordering process was very easy, had to chase up delivery once to make sure it would arrive, just received delivery on day promised. I am so very happy about the product! Will buy from this company again in the future.

I Purchased a Hypnos Heritage Supreme 4 Drawer Divan set from BLT Beds in Febuary.They Quoted me 4 to 5 weeks and in week 4 I got a call from there home delivery service saying my bed was in a ready for delivery, this was arranged for 3 days time and they gave me an am delivery slot.They arrived by 11am and took the bed to the room of choice.I am very happy with the bed and BLT Beds as I saved £300 off the price compared to my local store and had no problems with the delivery.I am thinking of changing my spare bed now with another Hypnos and will be using BLT Beds again in the not to distant future.

Like a number of earlier posters, I ordered a bed (on the 1st January 2011)and paid the full amount on that date. The web page was reasonably informative. The price was very good, the delivery time was quoted as 2-4 weeks and remained that throughout our wait. Eventually got the bed on the 11th March 2011. There was no flexibility about the delivery date and they could not deliver at weekends. So if you want to get a bed promptly, then this may not be the firm for you.

Saved aprox £200-£300 on high street price. Bought bed online and phoned company to check availability and delivery time on item. Given 3-4 week delivery time. Contacted customer service after 3 weeks and they returned call with delivery time and date. Bed arrived on the day and within the timeslot given (despite the inclement weather). Very Pleased.

I must say how pleased I was with the purchase of our new bed through bltbeds. Having shopped around in our local bed shops, my husband and I found a Sealy Cumbrian Meadow bed that was most comfortable. I decided to have a look at the prices on the internet and found the same bed £230 cheaper on bltbeds. Disbeleiving it could be that much cheaper I gave them a call to check it was the same bed which they assured me it was. Very pleased with the price I ordered it there and then. 3 weeks later we have the bed and I must say have enjoyed the best nights sleep we have experienced in a long time. All in all we felt that considering the amount we saved with them our experience was very satisfactory from start to finish. Would definately reccomend.

I bought a Relyon Peterborough divan. Delivery was a delyed because of lack of notice ie. a couple of days only so took a while to find a date. They omitted to call to confirm. The biggest problem was the inaccuracy of information about the bed construction in the BLT website. A particular material I wanted was not used. They blamed Relyon, making it sound as if it was a recent change in specification. Relyon told me it happened 2 years ago.Returning calls was erratic.In the event I kept the bed but there was no follow up regarding my satisfaction although this was discussed. They have updated the information now.

We ordered our bed in January 2010. It had a 3-5 week lead time per the website. I've been chasing it up since mid-February with calls that went unreturned and emails unanswered. They had it in their store waiting for it to go to the courier for a month because nobody called me to arrange delivery. They use a discount courier firm who will only deliver in your area when they have a full van to go there - not at all what I was paying for or expecting. It finally arrived yesterday, or rather I should say that half of it arrived yesterday. It's missing half the frame.

I saved a bunch of money on the cost of my high-end bed and mattress, but the three months of waiting and the amount of messing about/phonecalls/frustration is not worth the saving.

I purchased a Sealy bed from BLT Beds on Febuary the 18th 2010 this was delivered on the 10th of March(on time). The bed is just perfect and I saved £150 compared to my local stockist.

I thought I would post a positive review as it seems people only find the time to post nagative comments on this review site!

Will be looking to change my bed in my spare room soon so will be looking for another bed from them soon!
