Ordered a corner sofa unit on Saturday 1st August to be delivered Tuesday 4th between 5 and 7 pm. Didn't turn up. Constant texting and phoning to be told( they were in Croyden I live in kingston)they decided to go to Southampton first. By 11pm it was too late for delivery. After contacting on Tuesday to be told I would get item between 3 and 5 pm it finally turned up at 7.36 pm. Tried customer care no answer back. I just thought very poor service and I certainly wouldn't be buying from this company ever again.

Furnished my entire flat for £1,500. King size bed, two beside tables, corner couch with stool, matching dining and coffee tables, six chairs and tv stand all included. Would recommend highly as the customer service is great and they delivered the goods on time and assembled all for me.

delivers on time and dont get headaches. Most company make u wait a few days to give ur items but not bismah... will shop often at bismah....

DO NOT USE BISMAH FURNITURE. Promises mean nothing. No contact made. We have had to ring them every step of the way. Do not look after their customers. Bought a table and chairs that did not come (expected 24-28 January 2013) - still not here (today is 8th February 2013)! Will not refund. Opened a claim case against them just so we can get our money back and never get in touch with them again. SHOCKING.
