Appaling customer service. I am entitled to a refund under the sale of goods act 1979 for a faulty bed but so far have encountered nothing but trouble with these nasty people. On the telephone when complaining about the faulty bed I am told it is my fault and that I have used the bed incorrectly. How is this possible? I have attempted to sleep in the bed twice on which both occasions failed as the bed collapsed due to faulty support legs! Do not buy a bed from these people!! This had been one of the worst experiences of my life and I will never be going back there. I will be taking my complaint to the small claims court and take it to the highest possible level. I will also now be claiming for the damages caused to my heavily pregnant partner who fell of the bed when it collapsed. Under the sale of goods act 1979 anyone is entitled to a refund and to refuse a repair if the item is faulty. It is at your discretion whether you accept a repair. I allowed for this to happen but the bed collapsed again! This is when I demanded a refund of which I was told is not going to happen and then blamed for the faulty bed!! What a complete and utter joke!! Bed direct also trading as heli beds = A nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!
