Visited the baby show at Earl's Court and saw the beanbag supermarket representative there. Same story as other reviewers.. basically told that it would be with us in 2-3 weeks then received an email to say that colour was very popular and they were awaiting stock from their supplier!!!?? I phoned and emailed numerous times and threatened to contact trading standards. They said they would refund my money but nothing has happened. When I phoned again everyone was out of the office?? and now the number and website has been cancelled and I have lost my money and no beanbag!! I hope these cowboys don't set up again.

Like all the reviews, I have ordered and money was taken off my card that day.

Sent 3 emails chasing called twice and told it would be with me by Friday, still no deliver, have tried calling, no answer now !

£70 out of pocket and no bean bag..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I visited the stand at Horse of the Year show (Oct 10), the sales person was very friendly and good at his job, so I purchased 2 items. I was not in a hurry so when emailed with the news that there was a delay due to colours being popular, I was not too worried. I notified them of a new address, and was advised delivery would be soon. I have heard nothing else, still do not have my products...looking at the other reviews I am not optimistic :(

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! bought 2 bean bags. They were quick to take my money but the next day when I realised in fact they were far too expensive (have a look on ebay!) and decided to cancel my order, they just didn't want to be quick at it! At the end I had to involve my credit card company to have my money back (fortunately I had confirmation by email that beanbagsupermarket was going to do the cancellation but never did despite several phone calls etc I made to them)which was enough for my credit card company to take appropriate action. Imagine if I had pay by cheque...be very aware of this company as it isn't a professional one.

Avoid this company at all costs. We placed an order in good faith, and were then contacted 1 day before delivery due to say they could not actually supply that colour. Cancelled the order, and we are still waiting some 4 months later for our money back. The company will not return call, emails etc etc. Have begun court proceedings, this company have been a nightmare to deal with and I really would advise people to avoid them if possible.

I am very shocked to read the reviews regarding this company, I had a great experience, in fact I have gone back and ordered more! The company are very pleasant to deal with, promises always kept and very, very professional.

I have recommended to all my family and friends! This is a company that truly knows what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is about!!!!!

Great product when you actually get it. Took months and months of phone calls, emails, being ignored etc etc. The phone number sounds like it goes through to a home address and some bored housewife runs the company in her spare time. Shame as the quality of the product is actually quite good, but they delivered the wrong one, took months to get me another one, etc etc. Nightmare avoid, you can get the same elsewhere. 0 stars out of 5!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!

I placed an order with this company in early May 2010 and was told to wait a couple of weeks for delivery. After numerous telephone conversations (in which they always promise to call back, but never do!), and many ignored emails. I was was told that the beanbag I had ordered was out of stock, but they promised I would have it the following week. These promises of delivery next week continued for nearly 3 months, before I gave up and settled for another colour. When the beanbag finally arrived it had black marks all over it. I took photos and contacted the company again who promised to replace the item, but they failed to do so, I've been contacting them since as I want a refund, but they ignore all emails and never let you talk with a manager, but always promise you a call back - that never happens. It's now the end of September -4 and a half months since the order and they have my money and refuse to give it back and all I have is a beanbag with black marks all over it that's not even fit for the dog!

THE COMPANY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, IGNORANT AND DISHONEST COWBOYS WHO HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS.
