I had a terrible experience on the phone with this woman, basically the instructions for this bar stool were not complete, therefore, we didnt assemble the stool properly, so the gas lever was not working, i phoned the company and spoke to this man who was very nice and asked me if I had removed the safety cap, of cour se i said what safety cap as there was no such notice, then I got an email from this woman for dissaemblng instructions, so I rang her and spoke to this woman who was so rude telling me it was my fault i damaged the stool, even so i said i didnt have this sticker telling me to remove the cap to release the gas lever, she basically called me a liar and implying I was incompetent and they sold loads and had no problems except me ! she had no time for me and told me that if i want to send it back it will be at own expense £10 to repare it and would send it back for another £10, I damaged it therefore my problem, not taking into account I did not have proper instructions, but that was my word against hers, she more or less called me a liar, then she said there is no more i can say, i havent got time for this i am very busy and I am going to go, do what you want, not my problem, i said i did not think much of their customer service and put the phone down before she did, I was shaking with frustration and anger as she was SO rude. Stool is nice but after sales service , terrible ! I know her name, shame on you.

very happy with the stools we got for our new conversion, came next day and they were fab quality.

We bought 2 stools and one was damaged. We contacted the company and they have not been very helful at all. Not impressed.

I bought one of these saddle bar stools for working at home as i spend a lot of time on the computer, it's certainly a bit odd at first but i'm glad i made the switch from normal chairs. it's much more comfortable if you're working for hours at a time.

I got the black one which fits in well with my home office, delivery was free and it came the next day. nice.

having seen the review below I decided to give these guys a go. I bought a pair of Bombo Mids for my kitchen bar and they arrived within a few days. The price was very reasonable at around £40 per stool and there were plenty of designs and colours to choose from. I would have liked more blue stools but the black Bombos i bought look great in my kitchen. I would definitely buy from these guys again although they have a years warranty so hopefully i won't have to buy more for a while.

I ordered three Bombo Bar Stools from these guys and they are really nice and good value for money. It was a little bit difficult to buy more than 2 stools as they sell them in pairs and singles and there was no-where obvious to say buy three of them.

When I first rang they were busy but then when i tried again they answered right away - and dealt with my questions about the stools there and then.

Would recommend them just for their price - the stools are still going strong and have even sustained my 9 year old playing his own version of "frogger" on them.
