I bought 4 bar stools which arrived promptly and they were lovely except that the backs were quite low and not very comfortable. Having activated the gas lifts I didn't think I would be able to return them but Atlantic Shopping's customer service department were great and really helpful. They even sent me a video showing me how to deactivate them. I was only charged £10 for collection/return and once the chairs were inspected my payment was refunded. I ordered 4 stools with higher backs and they arrived the next morning. They are perfect for my new kitchen and look wonderful. I was recommended to use Atlantic Shopping and am so happy that I did. I'll pass on the recommendation to anyone who'll listen!
