I paid for two paintings by credit card but never received them. When I asked by card company for to refund me they said they couldn't because it was processed by a Chinese bank.

I ordered an oil painting as a Christmas gift but it only arrived yesterday, two days after Christmas despite allpainter promising to get it to me 10 days before Christmas so I could get it framed. Imagine my shock when I opened the packing tube and rather than an oil painting it was a print on paper! For $250!

Allpainter told me that they had copyright to reproduce an Andy Warhol painting but my painting was seized by Customs and now I’m being charged with importing counterfeits as it turns out that these Chinese copyrights pirates had no license and they won’t even reimburse the cost of the painting.

I ordered two paintings from allpainter.com and paid by Western Union to this Chinese company. That was 9 months ago and I’m still waiting for delivery. Before paying, they always promptly answered my emails, now they just ignore my communications.

I am still waiting for painting after paying for it by Western Union seven months ago. Allpainter.com no longer answer my emails.

I paid my money online and got email confirmation but no painting ever arrived and they then stopped answering my emails.

I ordered a hand-painted oil painting on canvas for over $300 but they sent me a $3 print on paper and then tred to dispute the chargeback with my credit card company saying that they had delivered the painting! Avoid at all costs.
