In brief, we ordered 4 BarStools on 23rd September, when their website was advertising 2/3 week delivery. It is now 11 November and still no BarStools or confirmed delivery date. They have continually promised they have been shipped from Italy on 29th October, but cannot provide evidence that they have ..and to prove a point the estimated shipping date keep being put back on my account. Total con merchants who think their customers are dimwits. Their excuses don't wash and we will be requesting a full refund if they are not delivered by end of week. Even a letter to their MD has not resulted in a response. Shame on them!

We needed the items very urgently for a deadline - they were brilliant - a great service ethic and followed up with effective action - 100% good.

Tumbled across three Arctic Milk milk cups by Home Accessories whilst helping to clear-out my wife's old office. We both really liked the design. Did an online search and found that they were distributed by All Modern.Stock unavailable but requested notification by e-mail when back in stock. Received e-mailed notification when back in stock - quicker than expected and promptly received goods - quicker than expected too. Received further e-mail shortly before the goods were about to be delivered [not dispatched] informing of their arrival. Excellent.

The website was easy to use and when I rang the sales team for more information they were friendly and helfull and delt with any queries I had really efficiently. The delivery was quick and I would definately use again.

Also, one lightshade was broken on arrival. I was immediately sent a replacement.

All items were of the very highest quality - beautifully engineered and extremely solid construction. Packaging was of similarly very high quality. I've not seen any other make of bathroom fittings that comes anywhere near these Zack items for form, function, design and workmanship -I will definitely use them for all future similar requirements.

I called to order a GAl3530 feature light but on the phone we realised that there was a problem because the item was advertised on their ebay site for less than their main website. But this wasn't a problem as the sales guy was able to honour the lower price and what's more he didn't have to speak tom his manager first like other web based companies. The price was great too.

It was delivered in 3 days exactly as promised.

Overall I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
