I would have left no stars if I could. I have been trying to get a response from their customer service email helpline for 4 weeks. I have emailed my request for a refund, I've emailed my contact number to phone me and also sent 2 complaint emails and still no response. They have my money and also the item that I returned. They appear to be totally untouchable to treat customers how they want and take money. I have been a customer for several years but they have changed their customer helpline process and now the service seems non existent. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware.

Placed an order mid October, received part delivery, but items are still outstanding. Have emailed on several occasions to cancel the remaining items and obtain a refund. There has been no response to any of my four emails and I am now at a loss as to how to get their attention. Will definitely learn from this experience!!!!

Goods never arrived - no note in the door even though I was home all day when delivery supposedly took place to my "safe place" - no idea where that is. Sent many emails - no response from Achica and as there are no contact numbers I have no way of finding out what has happened. I feel like I have been shammed. They take the money and no goods ever arrive and you cannot contact them at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

placed an order and paid over 2 months ago, only part of the order arrived. I had to chase 3 times and received no response until weeks later and then was emailed with the following heading 'Ooof wer'e sorry' advised now out of stock - so I am left with part of a set. I will not be using them again - very poor service

I have bought plenty of achica in the past however this time they have taken over £500 and I have still no received my goods 3 months down the line.... When I initially chased they responded within the 72 hours and pushed back my estimated delivery by a month. That has passed (nearly a month ago) and now I am emailing them everyday and I have had no response. There is no way to call them. I am feel robbed and very frustrated!!

Never thought I would ever write a complaint online.

But since receiving such rubbish service from Achica I feel compelled to now.

Had ordered several products previously and had no problem.

However, this time round I'm not lucky. Their T&Cs state you can change your delivery address within 7 days, opted for this within an hour of placing hour and received a standard 'we'll get back to you within 72 hours' message. Conveniently, they replied after 7 days stating they can't change the delivery date. My delivery is over 10 days late and they refuse to reply to any of my emails via the helpdesk.

In summary:

Pros, good choice of products

Cons, bad customer service, no helpdesk phone number, excessive long delivery dates.

If you do order something, cross your fingers and hope for the best!

Only part of my order was received. I have contacted Archica on 3 occasions via their on line form - they do not give any other contact means - to see where the rest of it is and have yet to receive a response. I will never order again. They may have some nice products but let down by delivery and total lack of customer care.

I live in France they don't deliver here now, but in the past I found them excellent, some deliveries could be slow but I always emailed them and got an answer within 24 hours, the products sold being different is what I loved and were of good quality, ten out of ten to Achica

I have been trying to get a response from ACHICA because the delivery date given for the goods ordered is way past. I have sent numerous emails none of which have been answered. I can not believe a company can continue to exist when they have absolutely no regard for their customers. Maybe they have gone bust, I suggest no one orders their products in case they have.

I received a picture delivered by Hermes about 10 or more days ago. I have not got a human reply in all that time. Approx. 15 emails sent including attached photo. NOTHING. Unable to contact by phone!!!I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY WORLDSTORES. Their website is different and poor. I can't see it lasting for much longer
