Abdabs has underperformed at every step of the way. Ordered two pieces of furniture (Shetland Tall Wide Book cases). First one was MONTHS late because they are a drop-shipper who advertises products they don’t actually stock, and in this case was not even due for release for two months after they took my money.

Their courier NEVER bothers to notify delivery DAYS let alone time range, and the packaging damaged my floor.

Second item arrived in 2 days, was damaged, and it’s now almost 5 weeks since I followed their parts replacement procedure, and still no parts. Promised that they MIGHT arrived in another week or so, but given their ineptitude, I’m not hopeful. At every step I have to do the chasing. They’re very polite, but that’s not enough.

Was offered a refund IF I hadn’t attempted to assemble the furniture. How would I know it was damaged until I reached that stage?

The furniture assembly is poorly designed and the doors don't hang right even after adjustment, but looks great and is well-priced, but I would gladly pay more not to go through this aggravation.

Do not rely on this company.

After a misunderstanding with delivery days, I needed to change the delivery day for the item I had ordered. The Customer Services Team (if you can call them that) are completely useless. To start with they didn't try to address my concern, then lied about getting back to me and then, despite me requesting a call back to actually SPEAK to someone, they then ignored that to just fob me off with another text message (which guess what, STILL didn't attempt to help me). I currently have no idea where my package is, and Abdabs Furniture don't care. Do not use this company if you want a smooth delivery!

I've just finished assembling my new bedroom furniture from Abdabs. Well made and fairly easy to assemble. Good instructions which highlight it takes 2 people to put together (I can confirm it does!)

This is the first flatpack furniture I've built which doesn't look like it came flatpacked. Very happy with the results.

Good service, delivery and price.

The Furniture in the vintage range is predominantly cheap plywood. The actual amount of solid wood is limited to the bear frame.

After searching online for the higher quality Corona furniture we found Abdabs furniture. They had the best price and our new furniture was delivered 3 days later. Would definitely recommend. Great value and service.

Just took delivery of my new furniture from Abdabs. Fastest delivery I could find for that furniture and lowest price. Exactly what was needed when quickly fixing up the spare room for my father in law to visit. Really pleased . ALready looking at new items for my own bedroom :)

We ordered a small extendable table from Abdabs recently. We emailed and phoned twice to ask about how we could return the item if it was not suitable. The phone calls were being answered by a call answering company who were incredibly unhelpful and rude, they supposedly passed on our message but no one from Abdabs called us back. We eventually received a reply to our email, and ordered the table. When we received it the central panel which was not solid oak looked incredibly poor quality and didn't match the outside edge of the table. We emailed Abdabs to tell them we were not happy and to organise returning the item, we stressed to them that because the product was unsatisfactory because of the poor quality, they should cover the cost of returns but they have replied to say they will not do this and haven't yet responded to how we return the table.

After 7 days, I rang to see what the progress was on delivery - they promised to ring me back (they didn't).

I rang again the next day - they said I'd have to wait a bit longer for someone to ring me back (they didn't).

The website states: "We will contact you to agree your delivery day." (they didn't)

A driver turned up with it and refused to bring it to the front door, dumping it strapped to some wooden blocks which weighed as much as the mirror and which he refused to take away. I suffer from sciatica and had to drag the mirror and blocks upstairs to my flat.

Inside the box was the mirror but no fixings, instructions or suggestions as to how it might be attached to the wall!

Having recently moved to a new home, I have had a number of heavy deliveries, and all of the delivery men have been kind, courteous and helpful - it makes all the difference!

With service like I had today, I would never order from Abdabs again.

We bought the Corona single wardrobe, really pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the wardrobe . Assembly was easy but you need two people.

Found Abdabsfurniture.co.uk after seeing a new sideboard which my mother in law had bought. Looked at the site and found a range for my lounge.

Great prices and quick delivery.

I'd recommend to anybody looking to buy quality furniture.
