An update to my earlier review....still trying to get hold of someone, all phones are still switched off...as are the ones from their sister company Hello Sofas. Be warned! Required to give a star rating, please read the 1 star as a minus x 10.

I bought a sofa from this company - after problems such as the original material was no longer available at the last minute and I had to choose a not so nice alternative, and the delivery a month longer than expected - it finally arrived. It was of a different design than the picture I chose but was promised they would replace the cushions to try to reflect the originally expected item. The arms also developed creases and the 'sponge' interior flattened within a month of delivery. I have since been trying for the last 3 months to gain a resolution - repeated promises that Jay will phone me back that have never happened, e-mails not replied to AT ALL and now their phones are switched off.

I plead with people to NOT have anything to do with this company! as well as Hello Sofas - they are linked somehow. Customer service does not exist. Waste of time and money - wouldn't give them even a 1 star rating, worse than terrible - I've just thrown away £1500.

Do not hesitate to use this company. Yes, the website isn't as slick as others, but their service, speed and delivery was fantastic. I had a corner sofa and large armchair/snuggle made to measure and couldn't be happier with it. I knew exactly what I wanted and couldn't find it anywhere but came across this website and gave them a go. The sofa's fabric is even better than expected and both pieces are so comfortable and fit perfectly.

The delivery guys were very friendly and polite and really couldn't fault them. They even helped to move our old sofa upstairs.

At first I was concerned about buying an online sofa that I wasn't able to try sitting on, but the reviews looked good and so I thought it was worth the risk given the low cost.

The sofa is amazingly comfortable and still looking good after 4 months.

I would definitely recommend as you would need to pay considerably more for this quality.

The sofa bed works really well too.

I have just received 2 Chloe sofas in terracotta with which I am extremely pleased. I have been looking for two years for this particular colour and have been unable to find it, so I was delighted to come across the 123Sofa website where you can choose exactly what style sofa and what colour you want. Both sofas were made for me within the 6 week time frame, even though they had to order in this particular colour for me as it is not currently in fashion. The two sofas that I received were so much nicer than I had even imagined; the material being very plush and soft to the touch; and very comfortable to sit on. I would definitely recommend this company and would be very happy to use them again.

we purchased a Calabria corner sofa with 123sofas and they did say it will take up to 6 weeks, which we didn't want to wait for but having read the reviews here beforehand I knew 123sofa would do something good for us. So we paid a deposit and confirmed the colour black and white we wanted and only after 3 weeks they told us it was made and they wanted to deliver the next day. I was over the moon, so was my hubby!

the day of delivery the 2 delivery men were fantastic, the sofas were bulky but they safely put the sofas inside and even took all the packaging away which is always a bonus leaving us to enjoy our new sofa. I will be shouting out loud for 123sofa for their low prices, services and sofas!

Received our New sofa yesterday and we could not be happier, service was brilliant and our corner sofa is fantastic, Exceptional value for money and great delivery, Colours of our sofa fit in well with our decor and the scatter back cushions look fabulous in the 2 colours, Cant believe we got this fabulous Corner Sofa for the price and FREE delivery. Will recommend to all family and friend.

I was a bit concerned about ordering a suite online, but had a recommendation from my sister. I wasnt disappointed, from the minute Jay answered the phone, I was confident that our sofa, chair and footstools would fit in our lounge, and would be made just for us. They guys that delivered the furniture were a credit to the company, so helpful and friendly. I later had a query, and made a further order, Jay again sorted this out quickly and very satisfactorily. I would so recommend this company to anyone. I ordered Chloe 3 seater sofa, 1 armchair and two cushioned footstools, they are comfortable, cosy and look incredible.

I wanted a new corner sofa bed to fit exactly into a space in our lounge.I wanted a light colour so that it wouldn't darken the room and I wanted it to be comfortable. Guess what? I get exactly what I wanted with no fuss at 123Sofa .co.uk. with our Cordova Junbo cord corner sofa with sofabed in mink ( the colour not the fur!). My telephone queries were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. There was always someone to answer my queries whenever I rang. The fact that it is open 7 days until late is great. I was sent a swatch of fabric to check colours as I could not make up my mind. ( although swatch was very small!. I needed to have the sofa made to my measurements and that was no problem at all. Rapid e mail responses with diagrams to show the measurements and shape were useful to reassure me that I had got it right. The communication at every stage was good. Delivery was on time and drivers kept us informed of progress and they were exactly on time - a miracle given that they had to travel from Leeds to Essex!This meant that we could organise someone to be in and we didn't have to wait in all day.

Looks great in the room as it is light and does not overpower the room. would certainly use 123Sofa.co.uk again.
