Do Not Order This Product!!!!
I like many others ordered their "free" trial of The Whitetime and The White Expert only to have 2 x £99.99 taken from my account 10 days later!!!
You will find it near impossible to cancel subscription as the company will not send you ANY confirmation that you are actually signing up to a CPA ( CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION ) for 12 months infact they will not contact you at all and have hidden their terms and conditions making it as difficult as possible for you to contact them
DO NOT ORDER THIS TRIAL OR ANY SIMILAR TRIALS ... THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BANNED FROM ADVERTISING IN THE UK!!!
I fully support the comments in this review, the same thing happened to me. I have my credit card company working on this too. The so called "free trial" just gives them access to your credit card DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL. If you want this product by it directly through Amazon or E-Bay, believe me, you will pay a whole lot less and will not be ripped off. If you do not read their terms and conditions, which is extremely well hidden, you will get burned. I had the £99.99 taken out of my account, they then took £119.00 out of my account. I contacted them, although the original number was incredulously "out of service". They emailed me saying that if I returned the 2nd package, which I had not yet received, then they would refund £100. I returned the 2nd package and the refunded only £59.00. I emailed them wanting answers, they said that £40.94 was a "repackaging and repacking" fee, which they say was in their Terms and Conditions. I do not intend to let this go. They have stolen £150.00 from me and all I got was a worthless cheap product that is not better than a whitening toothpaste - DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
I AGREE THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE UK. DO NOT ... DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THEIR ADVERTISING ONLY BUY FROM KNOW REPUTABLE BUSINESSES.
This happened to me, I thought I was paying a £1for a free trial then had £420 stopped out of my account I am absolutely gutted as my credit card company don't hold out much hope of getting it back, they said I agreed to the t&c on the web site but there were none.

DO NOT give this company your bank card details. FREE TRIAL? NO it isn't what you think. They will take whatever they feel like taking from your bank account and unfortunately you are unlikely get it back!!!
I ordered a "RISK FREE TRIAL" as far as I was concerned I only had to pay £1 towards it. I ended up loosing £99.99 from my bank account and had to cancel my card which now means I cannot access my money in my bank account. Absolutely gutted that they would just do this and be still doing it to others. My bank is currently investigating as I have raised a dispute but really it isn't their fault so I cant see this is going to result to anything. Fingers crossed!!

The terms and conditions they send are not given to you on the point of sae. This is half the problem. I would like to have received some sort of email of confirmation from then saying "you will need to cancel this within so many days to avoid further charges" but this did not happen. To be honest there doesn't seem to be a pattern of when they take it from your bank?
Ive had the same happen to me. Payed £1.00 delivery to recieve my free trial only to have £99.99 taken from my account weeks later. Surely the bank shouldn't of let them take this when the agreement was £1.00? No invoice or delivery form came with the package it was solely just a cheap delivery bag with the product in it. Im not happy they are getting away with this and nothing is being done to stop them. The bank has blocked them from taking further payments but im going to request a new card just encase. Trying to get my money back at the moment and im determined to do so. Have you had any luck receiving your money back yet?

I Ordered Free Trial Through An Add On Facebook -£
I ordered free trial through an add on Facebook -£1 per pack. Then 12 days later £200 taken from my account. There are no website contact or telephone details to contact the company on and reported as fraud to bank. Look at all other reviews under whitetime dental expert as I think they are using this name to front their sales. Anyone else had a bad experience please post and whether you got your money back?
I have had the same issue. They trick you into giving your card details for a £1 free trial and take whatever it is they want. I managed to contact them by email. Then they throw some terms and conditions back at you that you've never seen before. Disgusting.
Have a look under the other heading for this company ive put a few helpful hints there , . Just to let you know my bank santander do not want to know. They say because I freely put my card details in its not a crime and I wont get my money back
I saw the reviews in whitetime dental expert which i think is the uk product and not this scsmming site so thats why i set this one up. Not sure what to do as the company is based in poland so doesnt come under uk laws. Maybe facebook should remove them as they are still advertising?

Same happened to me. We need to all get together. Last time I looked on here there were 33 bad reviews but now just yours, and not mine. I don't understand that either.

How can this company continue to trick people into giving them there bank details and then take whatever it is that they like? Something has got to be done. Has anyone else been tricked?
