I had three tattoo removal sessions with the incredibly rude "owner" who clearly did not have a clue what she was doing. This woman has scarred my skin which yes can be part of the process however the reputable tattoo removal service I now use has informed me the laser was too high. We know this is the case as I have had another tattoo removed which has left not a mark! Everything was an inconvenience to this woman, she would mutter under her breath and openly bad mouth clients to the other staff when they left. If you had a good experience here you are extremely lucky, if you think this is a case of bad grapes come see my scarring and see how you feel then. its true what they say if it' seems to good to be true (in this case price wise) it usually is. I now may need a tattoo to cover the scars! Shocking service and worst experience ever. Do not go as they move the business on a whim probably when they get too many complaints so avoid them now in East Kilbride. Do your homework, I wish I had!

I purchased 6 sessions of IPL for £60 via Groupon. They contacted me before my first appointment to say I had to come to East Kilbride instead of glasgow which is where the voucher was meant to be for. I requested a refund and they said to contact Groupon. I called Groupon who said the salon had clicked that my voucher had been redeemed even though I hadn't had any treatments yet. They said tell the salon to email them with a short confirmation email to verify that I hadn't started my treatments. I chased the salon up for 7 months about it, contacting them every few weeks, and now finally the manager basically told me it's nothing to do with them and she refuses to send the short confirmation email. How rude! They have a bad reputation for a reason. Don't believe the odd 1 or 2 positive reviews you read - they are clearly written by their friends or family members. Terrible, terrible service, lack of organisation. Word of mouth is how businesses grow, and you will fail miserably.

Never had the good sense to check a review before buying my groupon for laser tattoo removal and sincerely wish I had. Showed up to closed doors and relocated premises with no offer of apology, can't get through on phones, incredible rude and confrontational 'management' - the whole nine yards which have already been mentioned. I could take all of that if it were simply poor service however my arm is severely scarred and bubbled from where they carried out the removal despite my patch test being the exact same. I now have an ugly scar/tattoo hybrid which people comment on all the time and because it is raised and angry looking it cannot be covered with make up. Please- steer clear of this place and if you decide to have removal do your homework and go to a reputable place. It genuinely breaks my heart and shames me when I have my arms out because of their incompetence :(

Paid for a block of 4 Tattoo removal sessions, had 2 sessions then turned up for my third, Sign was off the wall, doors locked at Buchanan St. Guess what they disappeared, I received no advance warning they were closed, no one will return my calls. I see they have opened in East Kilbride, completely dodgy setup don't touch.

Avoid this place like the plague.. Got 4 vouchers from groupon for my birthday, have had nothing but bother since I got them, cancelling appointments at the last minute, not answering messages and don't start me on the attitude and unprofessionalism.. I to will be reporting them to groupon hopefully get them closed.. I would have gave them no stars but there's no option for that..

Same as all the other reviews, nothing happened that hasn't already been mentioned.

The issue I have is with the unprofessionalism and horrible attitude from the manager. Complete lack of respect for any potential customers, extremely rude and confrontational. Never experienced anything quite like it. Based on the attitude (and the spelling/grammar), it would take a good one to guess you were speaking to someone of authority within a company.

Please go elsewhere!!!!

Reviews are clearly idiotic customers or competition which I have seen lots of times b4 on these sites the staff at the vital clinic are more than adequate and capable .The clinic is immaculate warm and friendly I can not believe these reviews but in fairness who goes out there way to write good ones not a lot I'd say , back to the clinic I found to be in all honesty very nice indeed the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my procedure they went out of there way to speak to my partner about another issue in depth spending time explaining the treatments suitable .

Disgusted by the absolute nonsense on this site , my opinion go and make up your own mind .

I would advise everyone to stay clear of this company. They took my money through Groupon for 6 IPL sessions, I had 2 sessions, then all of a sudden they were flooded. I advised I couldn't travel to East Kilbride for appointments and explained I was happy to wait, the girl was so cheeky and advised me that this was not possible. I then asked for a refund and again she advised me I would not be due a refund and in fact I owed them for the 2 sessions I already had at full price. When I queried this she was extremely rude and advised she would get the manager to call me. 4 weeks on and still nothing. Never ever use this company or if she has re-opened under a new name in East Kilbride or anywhere else avoid unless you want to be ripped off. In a way I hope the failing of her business make her bankrupt eventually. Karma!!!

I paid for six session of IPL with Vital Cosmetics in Glasgow. I received 3 sessions of IPL and was then contacted by the company to advise me that they had been "flooded" and they have relocated. This relocation was too far for me to travel therefore I contacted the company to have half the money reimbursed as I had not had all six sessions. I was answered with abussive text messages advising me that I was "getting nothing from them" and "I could do what I want cos I had already had well worth what I had paid for". Since then I have received furthur abussive text messages.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!
