I ordered a Arizer V-Tower from vaposhop. Decided to order from this them because of the free delivery and good price. The only problem was that I didn't receive a payment confirmation right away (I used paypal) so I contacted them and they confirmed the payment. Received my Arizer 2 days later in good state (very well packed). Would order again.

I initially thought this website was great, I ordered the iOlite unit (portable vaporizer) for health reasons and it was delivered a week or so later. The reason I chose to order from this site was they were the only site that offered a 2 year guarantee which seemed the best idea given the cost of the unit. However after 10 months the unit's ignition failed and couldnt be used, I contacted the website and they asked if I could return it and they would fix or replace it. I did so. The contacted me once they had received the unit and a week+ later they got in touch to say they couldnt fix the unit and would therefore replace it. So they apparently sent another via recorded post or courier. I never received the unit. Now its 6 or so weeks later, I've written emails a few times per week, after week 4 they said they would investigate and I've heard nothing since, they are more or less ignoring me now. So I've lost £142. My advice is buy from another site. (email conversations to prove)
