I HATE THEM! they sold me a fake urban decay palette and Mac lipstick! and not only did it take up to 3 weeks to get here but it was fake and a knock off! then they said they would give me my money back but they never did!!!!!! I HATE THEM!

I purchased cologne on this website. Did not receive it for 6 weeks so I emailed them about the order...my first hunch this was a scam...I did not notice they did not have a phone number to contact them. After 4 emails I finally got a response asking for more info...another few weeks later I get a response that the credit card did not go through so they cancelled the order. I checked my credit card statement and found their charge on their for the exact amount. I emailed once again that I found the charge on my statement. After 3 more emails and another month, I have yet to hear back. It was no surprise that this company was based out of NY. It is not the first time I have been screwed by some NY based company...watch out!!

I spent 43.94 on cologne from that site. They created a shipping label so that I could have a tracking number to make it seem like they shipped the product to me. They never did actually ship me my cologne. They are a scam they will take your money and never give you what you want. They give you a email to contact which they will never respond and they give you a fake phone number which is actually a sherwin williams fax number. Thank god my bank will give me my money back but the whole thing is a rip off for sure! I wish I would have done some research on this site before I ordered form them.

This company is a scam! They take your money and never ship.....thats ok tho, credit card company has been called, so has the BBB, FBI and others! You have messed with the wrong person this time. Have fun with the mess you have caused yourself! I hope you rot in jail! I wish they had a 0 option (star) because thats what they would have. Beware of the 5 star ratings i am guessing that is from the ppl whom own the site.

It has been almost a month since I placed an order. No communication, and no merchandise.... This company is a scam. Stay away!

I ordered a product almost a month ago. Though they sent an email with a delivery confirmation number, the post office had no record of it ever entering any post office. The company did not respond to my attempts to email and phone with questions. I do not recommend that you use this site.

Does anyone have any idea how to get my money back from these scumbags??? Ordered my grandson an iphone 4 lifeproof case for his birthday, nothing ever came, now i'm out the money and the birthday present!!! No contact info available for them.

This site is a scam! Stay away from it! I ordered lilash from them and they charged my card but month later I haven't received anything. They won't answer emails and sent me email with a fake tracking number over a month ago. Please don't buy anything from them. The first 5 star reviews are all scam too, don't trust it.

This is a knockoff..... dont give your money to them... gave to some charity.....

Ultra sales store is a fraud, I paid $83.00 for some cologne 21 days later all they sent was a fraudulant electronic shipment code which continues to exist USPS. They will not respond to phone calls or emails, fortunately my bank reversed the charges and credited back my cash.

For anyone out there searching for cologne this site if a fraud and unfortunately has no customer service personnel.

Keep your money, and don't trust this site.

It is a shame that Google allows them to continue to exist.
