Do not send them any money!! They provided great customer service to set up my account as I had a couple of issues, they responded within the hour but once I had made a purchase I received no goods, it has been three months now. Once I had waited what seemed to me a reasonably amount of time (2 months) to wait for a package that said it would be sent from America I sent them an email asking if they were aware what the delay was, then another, then a couple more and they will not respond to my emails, the first of which I sent over two weeks ago.
