I'm a long-time badger and blade kind of guy so am often accumulating various luxury shaving creams etc. Taylor of Old Bond Street is on the must-have list for me, and when I can I like to shop in person at their Jermyn Street store. Having moved further away, I was looking to get some more shaving creams in and came across Timothy Edwards. They carried the full TOBS range allowing me to make my regular selection, and have the bonus of free delivery. Having ordered plenty of things from other online shops free delivery seems to mean "when they get around to it". Not in this case, I had my order in my hands 18 hours later! The product is as I would expect, excellent. The service was up there with the very best. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend the products and service.

I was looking to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband and thought that a safety razor would be worth a look. With so many different models available I sought their advice. The staff responded quickly and fully further explaining the differences and what might best suit my husband. I placed the order via the website - it was fairly straight forward, not Amazon, but not difficult either. It arrived the next day, packaged in a cardboard box, having placed my order just after 3pm. I've since been back and ordered some shaving cream and a brush for my OH.

I purchase something a while ago from this company, and I have to say, I was disappointed. I couldn't find the product online from my usual retailer (it was out of stock) and Timothy Edwards had it. I got the product in reasonable time (it was free delivery after all) but it arrived in an unbranded jiffy bag (not very professional compared to other sites) which looked a bit tatty and didn't fill me with any confidence for the company.

I also had a disappointing experience with the web site, which I found tricky to navigate and confusing at times.

Might be worth buying from if it's a one off purchase, but I'd stick to bigger retailers in this market if I were you.
