I ordered 2 bottles of a health supplement from Think Natural. I received 1 bottle a few days later, but the second bottle did not arrive. The money was taken out of my account for the full amount. I phoned them to find out where the second bottle was, and they said it was going out that day. A week later there was still no order received. I phoned them numerous times, and every time, the person who answered said the person at customer services was not available and could they take my name and number and somebody would phone me back, but nobody ever phoned me back, despite me phoning and leaving about 10 messages. Each time they state that nobody is available, and no manager is available.

They have taken my money but only delivered 1 bottle of my order. I am only glad that I did not place a very expensive order with them, otherwise I would have lost a lot of money.
