I ordered some supplements from Theta Health (a small online health shop in South Africa) but the supplements work wonders. I have problems sleeping and was looking for something to ease my mind as my mind is so active at bedtime. I found a supplement called "Calm" which is a calcium magnesium supplement and ordered it. I received it in the post and gave it a go that night. I have to say it does what it says on the tub. I felt it calm my mind and was more relaxed.

It is a great product and will get some more. I also see they have moringa supplements which apparently work wonders for most illnesses.

For a small online health shop and although they have a few select products they are high quality supplements. And I know as I've had all sorts! I was really impressed :)
