it was last time when i buy on this site. Cheaters and liers, they think they can stolen money without any effect! They can be sure this situation its not finish today! never never again! Close this shop its only one way to resolve a problems with this seller

I purchased a product form this website which they stated had 30mg of L-Carnitine. After a few weeks i thought i would read the ingredients and to my surprise it didnt have L-carnitine listed in the ingredients. I thought this may have been a mistake, so i contacted the Brand and they told me that this product doesnt contain L-Carnitine what so ever!!!

I was so annoyed!!

So i contacted TheSupplementStore and after a week and countless emails they finally believed me and would only offer me a refund if the product was sent back to them. So they sent a courier on a Monday, when i was working, obviously i wasnt there. So they said i have to send the product back, out of my own pocket and will not reimburse me if i wanted to get a refund!!

How can they falsely advertise a product and then make it so long and difficult for the customer to get their money back!

I purchased a USN 5kg muscle fuel mass.The website was easy to use, there was no damage to the product, great value for money and the delivery took less then 24 hours. I can't complain.

I purchased Nano Vapour from the web site a week ago, noticed it wasnt mixing with water at all, no really noticing any effects, so i checked the expiry date and its gonna expire in 2weeks time!!!

i spoke to the manager about this and he insists that it should still good to use for a few more months and maybe im not noticing the effects because of my body being amune to it, so i should buy a different product????

i just wasted £30 and the product is going straight in the bin, dont use thesupplment store, its all a fruad.

I have not received all the items ordered from The Supplement Site and have waited 3 weeks.I requested a refund and still havent received one.

I havent received any reply to any emails i have sent them....? I checked online with companies house to see what they are like as a company.
