I have been using your service for years and could not recommend it more. Good therapists who are genuinely able to massage therapeutically (rather than mindlessly rub oil like some places) … And even put lots of extra pressure when needed. I am quite big so like very deep massage and was impressed that my therapist was able to exert enough pressure for my liking - especially the use of elbows, which to be honest at one stage was even a bit too much for me (but my fault for asking her to go even stronger lol). Pricing was also good, the only thing I would say maybe can be improved was if she brought a massage table with her but she explained that the pricing would have been higher and also many people in London do not have the space for one to be set up properly. However I do have the space and would have been fine but actually getting it on the bed (as long as you cover with sheets that you don't mind getting a bit of oil on them) was actually even better than the table in some respects as I didn't get those funny lines around my face from having my face stuck in that hole for 90 minutes lol. Great all round and will definitely book again, thanks and see you soon.

Initially had some ok massages, booked another person Sana who decided to cancel my booking within 24 hour hours of it starting even tho I found out after she knew a week before. Todays massage WAS APPALLING, it hurt badly and she clearly had other things to do. Complained to owner who tries to wriggle out of everything, I’m reporting te massage rooms to the ICO for data breach. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Some very strange things happen with this company

No ability to change or cancel a booking.

Only means of communication is via email or contact page on website (which sends an email anyway)

They do not read or respond to emails and telephone contact is worse than useless

Have good masseurs but not worth the hassle

Zuzanna's massages are out of this world! I've used TMR before and nobody has hit the spot quite like Zuzanna... I just feel so relaxed - but invigorated. She clearly knows what she's doing, working every inch of your body and easing all the day's strains and stresses... Very, very highly recommended. Easily the best TMR masseuse that I have booked.

All my fault but basically I have been enjoying Christmas parties a little too much ... and am still looking forward to enjoying a few more, not to mention New Years Eve! Anyway, not being a spring chicken any more, I was starting to feel it a bit ... so a friend recommended getting a massage. I've only ever had massages on holiday before at the hotel in a spa, but looking online realised they were pretty expensive in London and also didn't feel like going out in the rain. So I searched for mobile massage and found The Massage Rooms. I booked a normal Swedish massage online, for 90 minutes and 2 hours later my therapist arrived and gave me a brill massage! She also added on 5 minutes of Indian Head massage which was HEAVEN! The music was not quite to my taste, so next time I will play my own CD, lol. But the oil was really nice, I want to buy some of the same! Ps. I only realised after the booking, but I could have used an discount code to save £10, the code when I looked on the site earlier today was still working, it was TMR33.

I've used The Massage Rooms for three months now, one massage a month, and have had different masseuses. Tonight I've found my masseuse of choice. Kasia was punctual, pleasant and gave a very relaxing massage. Will definitely be booking her again and recommend her to others.
