I ordered a Valentines day gift for my significant other through this shop. As the weeks went by I started to get worried that it would not arrive on time, so I emailed them and asked about the tracking details for my order. The first email was replied to within 2 days, and I was told Joanne was not in the office and she would email me the tracking info on Monday. It is now Wednesday, long after closing hours in the UK, and I still don't have my tracking info. I've emailed them again 2 or 3 times asking that they get it to me when they get in the next day but have had no response whatsoever.

Store looked great and selection was good, but customer service really needs some work.

Really good service and a great price perfume gift wrapped, no complaints. I recommend this website.
