bought a perfume from them since july and never received it since then and also my emails sent to them are coming back as error and also phone line not going through,everyone there[supaperfume] need to be brought to justice.

Ordered this perfume on 3.7.11 - they took the payment via paypal but never delivered the goods. Now the website no longer exists and my emails are returned as failed!

Like It Says Above - Still Waiting!!

Website seemed quite good, was getting all excited for delivery, but unfortunately I am still waiting. Sent email asking where goods were and I did get a reply saying they've not been sent right orders and dispatched will be in the next wk. After waiting that wk I email asking again and my emails also bounced bk!! Trading standards will be in contact!!! Frustrated - just a bit!!!!

What Happened To Supaperfume.com?

I ordered this product on 16/7/11. To date I have had no delivery. e-mail to customer service bounces back as undeliverable, website has gone. Phone numbers go unanswered. Very disappointed as have had good service from this company in the in the past. DO NOT USE!

I had ordered a perfume from February! kept saying they were due in and it would be sent. They took the payment for it and now I also can't get in contact as emails are bouncing back! Is there any way to get money back??

I placed my order on 21 July with an expected delivery 2 to 4 days, I am still waiting. I emailed them but my email was returned with an error code. I like others have tried to view their website which has disappeared. So I sent all correspondence to the Office of Fair Trading but you have to contact: For advice relating to your individual case, please contact Consumer Direct (CD) on 08454 040506. CD is a telephone and online advice and information service for UK consumers, which is funded by Government and managed by the OFT.

Its disgusting that it seems that they can get away with other peoples hard earned cash, my order was a gift for my Granddaughter. One thing it has taught me is not to place an order in a hurry in future and make sure I carry out better checks in future.

I ordered my perfume in July, chased delivery was advised a problem with supplier, I contacted them via email to cancel my order and was promised a refund within 7-10 working days!! Same story as everyone before me!! There should be some sort of recompense for dodgy companies selling via the internet!!
