Bought spray tanning machine, sent an email shortly after to say we had a problem, no one contacted me, sent another, no reply so sent again. They sent me some instructions, which we had already tried as we are experienced. Sent more emails and they have tried every trick in the book to say it our problem rather than assume that there could actually be a fault with the machine. I also received an email from a woman with some SHOUT CAPITALS. This machine has ruined our full beauty room, no one will use it and this woman has now told me that it is law to use professional extraction, this machine is recommended for home and mobile tanning, so she tells me that home tanning and mobile tanning should also have professional extraction. I wonder how many home tanners and mobile have professional extraction.

Bought my Dinair airbrush system from these guys and after a minor problem i contacted to have issue resolved. They contacted me immediatly and with in 48 hours my brush was back with them, fixed and back to me with a free sample or 2 thrown in for my inconvenience. Id really highly recommend these guys they really did go over and above in order to help me out.

This company helped me sort out a problem withan item I did not even purchase from them.

I have just been on a spray tanning course and I needed a set of kit. I saw this and thought how great it was and how things are cheaper online.

I bought this kit and think it is wonderful and was the best price around, the TS10 spray tan machine is an excellent, easy to use machine. I can't believe they can put the Siennasol solution with it as well as it is one of the best solutions around.

The advert gave me the important information. I wasn't sure on the shipping times so I sent them a message. They were quick to respond and precise. They used Parcelforce on a 24 hour delivery service. I Got it the day after I bought it, brill!!!

I also found their website where you can buy replacement products and extra bits such as masks, thongs etc.

Bought Some Siennasol Extreme Spray Tan on Tuesday & received it well packed on Wednesday.
