SoTanned have some good old fashioned customer services, knowledgable advice and excellent communications! I brought from them because they were simply the cheapest around, however I would happily spend a little more in future for the added value Diane and her team bring to the table.

Out of date website allowing to order products which are not in stock.

PayPal payment deducted on spot and refund issued promplty but now need to wait for the PayPal to actually send the money back. Significant amount of money not available simply because of So Tanned not being able to fulfiled the order dut to no stock. I am just wondering how many more items on their website are out of stock and still being advertised as available?

My daughter really wanted some sun junkie , her favourite self tan spray product. My local salon where she normally purchases it from were out if stock and I was desperate to get hold of some before Christmas as it is her birthday and she had a big night out planned! I placed an order with so tanned late in the Tuesday before Christmas and hoped!

This company kept me informed from the very beginning via email, about the problem they were having getting hold of the product I had ordered, explaining that there had been an unexpected delay in them receiving supplies. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive it in time but Appreciated the friendly and helpful way they kept me updated !

Luckily for me, so tanned turned out to be based locally , and a lovely lady called Di hand delivered my order to my door on Christmas Eve so that I would have it in time!

A great company with a fab range of products and outstanding service and customer care!

Brilliant service. Gave advice regarding a comparable and cheaper product when the product I wanted within 36 hours was temporarily out of stock. Alternative arrived well ahead of time. They are definitely on my contact list!

Fantastic product. Spreads really easy over the skin helps to apply it with fake tan mit. Gave a nice even looking tan and doesn't smell 'Beefy!' as some fake tans can! The pump action bottle is good because its easy to control how much you want to put onto the mit before applying to your skin. Only critism would be it doesnt dry that quickly and is a little sticky when you first apply it so needs time to dry. Would deffinatley buy more!! :)

I have tried loads of products to get the perfect shave and with this combination from Jason Shankey on the SoTanned site i think i have found it. I used the exfoliator first, shaved with the Smoothing Shave Cream which i found to be far better than any of the usual foams/gels. I needed less cream than i would normally use and it didnt matter which blade i shaved with (i change makes of blade regularly)really smooth shave, no nasty nics and then finish with the Smoothing Moisture Balm, brilliant, it feels rich and sinks in fast without any greasy feeling. The service from Sotanned was fast, and trouble free.
