I am writing this review to complain about a company called So Special and to warn others not to purchase beauty items from this company.

I ordered an eyesential twinpack (eye enhancer) £41.11p on June26th 2011

It is now April 2012 and i still have not received product or a refund of my money. They are a scam company

I have sent numerous emails and 2 letters by recorded delivery to them,

they have sent the odd email back promising a refund but this is just a

stalling tactic.

This is FRAUD and they are getting away with it.

So do not buy from a company called So Special

They say they are based in Cardiff (but who knows.)
