Great hair website !!!!! Many useful hair information!
Sleek Hair Not Customer Oriented
Ordered hair product from sleek hair.com. Called customer service 3times left 2 messages and sent one e mail all with detailed info. They claim they will return call in 24 hours 4 days have passed have not heard back. Do not recommend sleek hair.com terrible customer service and to add insult to injury found product on several other sies for less money and cheaper shipping.

I have to say, sleekhair.com is probably now my favourite beauty buy place!
They sell professional or salon standard hair colours, developers etc and they always ship really fast.
On one occasion i did order the wrong color, but i had a quick word with customer services and they exchanged it for me with no fuss and got it done fast, which to me is a big thing when it comes to hair colour as once youve decided to go for it, you want to just get it done straight away - or maybe thats just me! Either way, would highly recommend to anyone who prefers to do their own colouring from home, rather than pay top salon prices.
