Just wish I had found these reviews. I also ordered goods in June and have never received my order! Disgusted!

my order on 4th june has never arrived, emailed company numerous times, no answers. The website is now unavailable.

I ordered goods worth £75.00 on 9th July 2012 and received an acknowledgement but no date for delivery. I've emailed them three times with no response and eventually on the third occasion cancelled my order. Luckily I paid with my credit card and have disputed the charge with my credit card company as goods weren't delivered. I've since ordered from a reputable site and the items were delivered in days. It's no wonder new companies struggle to set up, because after this experience I'll only use established well known ones now.

I also bought a product on 30/06/2012 which I have not received... I have emailed company 3 times, no reply.. terrible way to do business.. dont think I'll ever receive my cream and will have to fork out for another one elsewhere.. I dont know how they are able to continue selling items if they are just taking peoples money and not sending them the goods.. I'm really angry and wished I'd noticed the previous reviews before buying.. I will be more careful in future.. I would like to have known that I was actually going to receive something for my money before I let them take it from my bank..

They take your money and don't send you the product!

There is no point in e-mailing them because they will not reply.

Ordered goods on the 28th of may 2012 and recieved email confirmation but no goods Now which it is the 11th of May. Suspiciously there is no telephone number on the website. Though there is a company registration number 04940137 on their email, which leads to a company called CHILLI PEPPER SERVICES LTD c/o BSG VALENTINE

BSG Valentine are a firm of accountants, Mod Nikalau I was told handled chilli Pepper services.

From the website "Please post all orders to Suite 103, 405 Kings Road, SW10 0BB, remembering to include either your cheque or your card details plus delivery and contact details."

That address is for a mail box company so all in all. It looks fishy, I will wait for 30 days and then get the credit card company to sort out my money

I ordered this item on 7th February. Contacted the company to find out where the product was. There is only an online email form on the website - no phone number or address. No response. Contacted them again to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Finally received a response on 22nd February which stated it would be looked into "immediately". No further communication from them. I have emailed 2 different email addresses several times now asking for a refund, but still no response and no refund. Unfortunately I have no other way to contact them. I can only assume the lack of contact details is for this very reason. Please don't give them your money! Can't write a review with zero stars, so please ignore the one stars!
