A few years ago I had anxiety to the point where I couldn't leave the house. Last year my anxiety got worse. I had fears and phobias, and would have panic attacks almost every day. Unfortunately, medication made things worse as it had some very unpleasant side effects. I tried the hypnosis audios for anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. I'm not going to say hypnosis cured everything, but it made me feel at least 80% better. I can leave the house without a second thought. My phobia is almost gone and it's rare I will have a panic attack now. I know a lot of my issues are due to trauma, so I will be addressing this now I'm almost better. Wish me luck and I will leave another update soon.

I have just purchased the Emotional Calm CD and put it on this morning. No emotional calm was achieved. On the contrary. The CD caused me to be frustrated. The music was nice though too loud, swallowing the female narrator's voice, which sounded muffled too. I could hardly understand a word. So I shall be returning it.

I cannot speak for other CDS (I purchased several, albeit not by the same therapist.

I am hopeful.

These hypnotherapy sessions are wonderful - so relaxing to fall asleep to. I like one the best, he has a lovely soothing voice. Listen on headphones (or earbuds) if you can. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

It used to be that you'd download a recording a play it like any other media. Now there is this whole process where every time you want to listen you have enter a password and user name on your phone to log in and then "prepare your session" which takes a few minutes depending on internet speeds etc. while the time you've taken for your relaxation break frustratingly ticks away. It's so annoying that I'm switching.

Unfortunately my computer got a Trojan last week and I lost everything. I emailed SelfHypnosis.com and he was so kind to me. He replied 5 minutes after I'd hit send and gave me fresh download links so I didn't have to re-buy them. I now have them saved on both my computer and my Kindle. Great products, but even greater service. Highly recommended!

I purchased the one for insomnia and it was great but I did not find it easy to save it on my computer and get it into Itunes so I could download on my phone. Took alot of time and thankfully finally got it done with an Apple rep. I Only had it a few days and when I went into my account to listen to it from there I got an access denied message. Thankfully the night before someone had showed me how to save it on my computer so it was there. I emailed the company yesterday and still no response. I find the cd very effective and I did order another but I don't like the fact that you cannot speak to a live person!! That is really my only complaint. Not all of us are technologically saavy when it comes to this stuff!!

I just had to leave a review, l cannot believe l would ever give up smoking but l have due to my CD l purchases,after two sessions of my hypnotherapy l did not want another cigarette,l am over the moon and my family and friends are amazed at me.thank you for the outcome for me.l would give 10 star review if l could.well anyone that wants to give up smoking please try this CD.

It is really amazing. The sessions relax you completely. They insert an idea into your mind. They make you feel what you want. And things actually begin to manifest. You actually start behaving better..much better..it takes a bit time..a few weeks may me..but it works..i had been in severe depression for the past 6 years because of academic failures and subsequently developed phobia towards books. I started listening studying success, achieve your full potential and wake up fresh and alert. And believed me my life has changed dramatically for good. My memory has improved too. All your tensions and worries will simply dissapear. And what they make u imagine and feel makes you actually do it in real life. Thankyou so much.

I first tried hypnoshop's products when I was desperately looking for help with jealousy and insecurity. The recordings have turned out to helpful for these deep issues and I'm glad to say I'm dealing with my jealousy issues with more grace and living a more secure life. I highly recommend hypnosis for many of the issues they have made recordings for. My last purchase has been a recording for weightloss and a recording for reaching my full potential. I have listened to both for the first time in the past day. While it's too soon to report on the efficacy of the products, I am confident I will, in time, see results that I can be proud of.
