I used to find secret sales brilliant, the customer care was fantastic and nothing was a problem. Now I receive half an order and when I query I am ignored. I have done so a few times recently and have been left with stuff that's unusable as it's missing the item it fits into, despite it being clearly stated that both where to come as a package. I'm fed up emailing them.

They have broken the law, Neither of these items are Satisfactory as Described "according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015"

They've lost another loyal customer.

I wish I had read the reviews first. This was my first time using this company. My order did not arrive. The tracking information was not recognised by Royal Mail! I set up an account when processing my first order. when I tried to log in there is no where to log in!. Luckily I used paypal after delivery payment service which means no money will come out of my account.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT WILL SUBSCRIBE YOU TO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT TAKES MONEY FROM YOU BANK EACH MONTH.

I have ordered over £130 worth of products and two weeks later, and many emails later - nothing has been received. Not even a response to my emails! There is no contact number just different email addresses. I am looking up their company information and will be reporting this site as fraudulent as well.

I ordered over the internet on 24 june 2014. Money has been taken. No goods and nothing heard from Secret Beauty Sales. I am beginning to think that this is a phoney website and that I have been taken for a ride. I would be very wary of ordering anything off this website. They have over 100 pounds of my money and I have nothing to show for it, not even an email to explain what is going on and why I am still waiting for my order to be delivered or my money back!!

Like the previous reviewer I have had money deducted after an order on 9th November. No goods. No response to communication. BUYERS BEWARE. I notice there are no positive reviews since June this year so perhaps this company has problems. With hindsight, the failure to provide any contact telephone number on the website should have rung alarm bells. Do not part with your money.

I had ordered two items online in 8th November and stl no correspondence our goods from company. Money deducted and still awaiting goods. Repeated emails unanswered. I have lost my money

They have many brand names face creams and othet cosmetics. I purchased the guerlain success future day cream at around 45% off the original retail price. I will definitely use this website again in the future. I hope they will extend their range to more makeup products as well.

I have bought 2 ysl touche eclat from their website and also a chanel perfume. They all have the cheapest price online. When my order arrived I was pleased to see that my products were exactly the same as the one I usually buy at house of fraser. They were authentic and in perfect condition.

I think this is a great website for people looking to buy high end cosmetics but for less expensive than in the shop.

I placed an order for a serum from my favorite brand kanebo which is usually quite pricey. I was glad when I found the serum on their website at discount prices. I saved around £20 on the original price. When my order arrived, the serum was perfect, exactly as the same I would buy on the high street.

I would definitely buy from their site again!
