Extremely disappointed. Ordered through sowchsr paid and received nothing. Have lost my money.
Salon Boxed
Ordered collagen eye pads from salon boxed in april 16 via wowcher. Received nothing. Contacted wowcher who said they had issued vouchers and directed me to an advisor. Email to apologise and promise to resend. Ive sent numerous emails since and nothing back. Dead end. Absolute disgrace and will never use wowcher again. If anyone sees salon boxed advertise again DO NOT ORDER!!!

Ordered like others via Wowcher, sent a dozen emails or so, initially promised another delivery with a complimentary gift, never arrived and then failed to respond to other emails. Don't touch with a barge pole.
Only given one star because you need to give it something to write a review but doesn't even deserve that.

Ordered via Wowcher in April. Still no goods despite emailing several times, first time was told goods would be sent plus a gift for the inconvienience. I live in the area they are based. The owner had a shop offering massages,therapies, hairdressing etc. Suddenly closed, online she stated and had told customers she was concentrating on the online side of the buisness, selling products etc. Appears she is not even doing this. I went to the shop but it is shut although goods are on view inside.Contacted Wowcher today and they are contacting her again but I am not holding out any hope. Wowcher have said they will refund but that's not the point. She must have made alot of money and not everyone is able to follow it up or know how to. Amazed to find this site and all the negative reviews.

Suspected Fraudulent Company
Been waiting over 5 months for delivery of items placed via Wowcher. Like many other reviewers here, we've sent numerous chasing emails but just receive a standard canned response detailing "technical issues" but will deliver in 3 days time but of course never do. We've now raised a complaint against the company with Trading Standards as it's likely this is a fraudulent company eliciting money via Wowcher with no intention of delivering items. I'd recommend everyone awaiting delivery of their order to make a chargeback with their credit/debit card supplier as soon as possible.
Follow up: Wowcher did eventually refund the money after I wrote a snotty email to their CEO after their customer service team blankly refused to refund any money because I HAD been supplied with a voucher. Obviously Wowcher doesn't vett any companies before they allow them to sell through their website. I for one won't be using Wowcher ever again due to this fact alone. Perhaps they should have seen this review posted 18 months ago?
Same here. Paid and ordered via Wowcher on 28th April. Alao have sent several emails, the last of which was not replied to. Initially she told me she would send goods straight away plus add a gift for the inconvienience. Have just contacted Wowcher who are raising it with her....I dont hold out much hope.

Initially got emails from them apologising.....something wrong with system, then stuck in a loop, then blaming the pist, then back to the initial email, saying the same thing over and over again!

I've had exactly the same problem - and for the same goods, the flip flops. Initially I received apologetic email citing technical difficulties but promising to remedy the situation within three days .... by the time I reported them to Wowcher the number of emails exchanged amounted to over 20. I wonder if anyone actually received the goods they ordered.
I am experiencing the same problem and would strongly advise that no-one orders anything from this company
Disgraceful Company
I ordered an item from wowcher at the beginning of March and have still not received it! I have emailed on numerous occasions and even went through the online site alone and have either been ignored or received an automatic response. The people who run this 'company' should be ashamed at how they are treating customers and their lack of customer service skills, they are clearly just out to scheme people to get money which is a disgrace, wowcher should not be associating with this company, as this company will now just have a bad name, I know I'll be making sure everyone I know will never order from it and I'm sure everyone else is the same. This company doesn't deserve even 1 star in any of the ratings it was that terrible!

Worst Ever Company I Have Dealt With!
I purchased a product from this company from Wowcher in January and never received it. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and have just received automatic replies promising me the product which never arrived. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Ask for a refund I placed an order with them through wowcher it took weeks of emails back and forth but eventually I got a refund. They shouldn't be in business they can't fulfil their orders.
