Still Waiting For Product A Month Later....
I am still waiting for my product after a month. I have emailed the company and received no response. Don't order from this company!! I certainly won't again.
Fake Product
Used Purplesmell.com for the first time and won't ever use again. The product - Lancome mascara - was fake and arrived in a damaged packaging. Very dissapointed since I've used different websites for cosmetics purchases before and was always very happy - not on this occassion I'm afraid. Won't buy again and definitely won't recommend to anyone. Contacted them by email about this issue and still waiting for response - which I doubt I'll get..

First time buying from them and i must say i am very happy with their service.Quick delivery i choose 3 days delivery but i received it the next day.They answered my email within 30min.
I am very unhappy with the Lancôme mascara. It is dry and does not look like a genuine product. I have been unable to contact either by phone or by email
