Sent wrong product.forget about about any sincere apology or goodwill gesture.made me feel like I'm being a pain and told me to return the product (by going onto their website and printing off the label) and only then they will send me either refund or correct product.made me feel like potential thief!fact that I needed product urgently fell on deaf ears.all on all stressful experience and I will not go anywhere near them again!

I discovered this website a year or so ago, whilst searching for Dermalogica skincare. I used to use Beauty Flash but realised these guys were cheaper. I really like how you can choose free samples and they send you what you have chosen (Beauty flash just used to put in what they felt like, even when you had requested something else).

The more you spend with Pure-beauty, the more free samples you are entitled to - which is fantastic for when you want to take a smaller amount on holiday. You can also earn loyalty points for your orders, giving you money off.

Delivery service is always superb and it's free. If you want to upgrade it then its only £3.95 (or free next-day if above £75).

I have never had an issue so I don't know what the customer service is like - but I'm quite happy that I have never had to find out!
