First of all they advertise their company as uk based when there Chinese , illegal first of all , my wig arrived and it’s awful quality it’s rubbish would not recommend to anyone not even a dog

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! None of the wigs they sell contain any Remy Human Hair or any real hair!

This wig was so bad it was funny. Worst quality I've ever seen with my own eyes. I mean there's nothing good going for this wig.......a waste of hair to be honest.

It's a fake website!!! Chinese rubbish being sold on a website pretending to be uk based.

When I finally stopped laughing I requested a refund several times. Eventually someone emailed me back asking for pictures to be sent of the wig (in outrageously bad English). Their reply was that its a lovely and just as advertised. I replied to disagree with their assessment and have never heard back.

Please don't waste your money

This isn't a UK company and they are totally unscrupulous.

The wig is totally the wrong colour, the hairs are falling out (I only got it today!) It is human hair which means you should be able to style it - guess what, that couldn't be further from the truth.

It bares no resemblance to the wig I thought I was getting. It took over a month and not 12 to 15 days.

They lied constantly about tracking numbers and despite trying to cancel it for the past 15 days they refused to refund my money.

Disgusting people preying on people at a vulnerable time in their life!

Bloody awful don't bother hasn't turned up promises promises and an email asking me to recommend don't think so

The website looked good so after a long search I decided to order a wig which looked perfect for me. Waited over a month for the wig which was surprising as the company is trading as a British company. Had I known that this was not a British company I would not have made the purchase. The wig arrived in a plain box. When I opened the box I was extremely disappointed as I had spent more than usual on this wig. It was rubbish and didn't look anything like the picture on the website. It was not something you would want to be seen in. I complained to Prowigs and they said it was the wig I purchased. I raised a dispute with PayPal but they decided in Prowigs favour. So I have lost my money. I am a pensioner so the whole experience has been very painful in every way.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF PROWIGS.

Just purchased a new 3/4 wig and I'm very happy. The quality and length are exactly as described the only negative was it took just a bit longer to arrive but after saying that it was made in the colour and length I wanted. Would order from them again.

I ordered this wig knowing my chemotherapy treatment was soon to rob me of my hair. The advertised website looked genuine and in UK, but it's not. It's in China. After a couple of reminder emails, it arrived a couple of days ago. SHOCK HORROR - It was nothing like the wig advertised and wasn't even human hair. Furthermore, attached to some of the strands were what I suspect to have been lice eggs. I emailed Prowigs right away and asked for a full refund of £94. They did at least reply asking for further details of the wig I received, which I've done. Reading other reviews, I'm expecting them to ask me to return it, never hearing from them again or getting my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM PROWIGS. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Do not buy any wig from here, they are based in shangai and completely use poor quality hair, no the right colour or the quality expected for the money you pay!
