I went on this site and stupidly ordered a trial which cost £2.49 to cover the postage and packaging. Great I thought, give it a go as I had previously read about the acai berry and its natural ability to suppress hunger. I ordered on line form this company as it was a good trial price. Little did I know that 16 days after my trial order that they would take from my credit card £75 without my authorization. I telephoned the company and they told me that because I didn't cancel the auto shipment that they automatically took payment for the following shipment. When I disputed this they said that I should have read the small print and that ticking the box that I had agreed to their terms and conditions. I went on to say that I had made a mistake and although I can understand what they are saying I was more than willing to send back the original trail items that were unopened and pay for the return postage & packaging and they can return my £75 which I did not authorize. The obnoxious lady said that I could send them back but I would not get a refund. I did not see the sense in going any further with the conversation, but told her to cancel what ever I was signed up to and I will be talking to my credit card company to dispute the payment. Watch this space. I did not take the pills, so I cannot comment if they work or not. All I can say is do not sign up for a trail with this company as it will cost you a minimum of £77.49 if you forget to cancel or do not realize what the small print is telling you.
