ordered 10days ago no goods received. sent 2 messages via their web site. NO RESPONSE.... telephoned today message "nobody able to answer telephone" Left message... sent further email today.

Beginning to wonder if gone out of business. Contacted my card company as suspect only way to get monies back...

Have ordered from Primofit a number of times for natural toiletries etc and always found the price to be very competitive. Delivery is always very quick - this time I ordered on Tuesday evening and it arrived on Thursday afternoon. Well packaged too. Great company to deal with :-)

Only thing I am not keen on is their website, as once you have searched for what you want and selected an item you have to search again to buy another item (ie. if you want a few things from the same manufacturer you have to search each time you want to buy another product). Can't have it all ways I suppose!

I ordered Biokult from Primofit. By far the cheapest to buy from. delivered promptly in perfect condition. faultless service.

On the plus side, the range of Biocare supplements on offer, product prices and service is excellent. Free delivery (over £35) is also helpful (although it does encourage you to buy more then you would perhaps need).

The only disappointing thing however which unfortunately lets the company down, is a lot of the products are out of stock, and are (from my experience) out of stock for some time. This generally means you have to go elsewhere and pay more.

If they could ensure higher stock levels - they would get a rating of 5.

I never heard of the frimofit before but they had best prices for the items i was looking for, so i recearhed, found few reviews and decided to go for it.

when i inquired via email about the delivery date i recieved answer in less that an hour it was very clear and polite. (that's what good customer service is).

my items arrived very quick, was in excelent condition. i will definetly order again.

The honey jars must have been packed for delivery just after I placed my order. Delivered within two days via FEDX in a well packed box and secured with security tape.

The honey jar product was sold at a very competitive price and the cheapest I could find.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered online; prices are really good, the cheapest I could find in fact. But the price was no reflection on the service which was every bit as satisfactory, if not more so, than other retailers chargin x amount more! Packaging was superb, and delivered in a few days... Was suprised to receive delivery so soon!

I live in the Highlands of Scotland and ordered the goods Monday. I did not expect to receive them until the following week. However, they arrived at lunch-time Friday. The packing was excellent. The good were all intact and I was delighted with the order.

I will not hesitate to order again from Primofit.

There was nothing I didn't like about the site.
