Customer Is Supposed To Fix Powerhealths Mistakes.
Power health sent me 2000! sage oil capsules instead of 180. I get a mail asking me to bye the 2000 capsules for an added price.
Or i can return it to the post office or decline the parcel (which will cost me money, due to the postage rules in my country, and denying the parcel will still incur postage fees).
Its been a nightmare.
1. powerhealth made the mistake, take the loss like a proper company, customer is not supposed to get your mess sorted out with the postal service, YOU are.
2. after all is said and done I'm poorer for the gasoline I have to use to get to the postal office, im supposed to covered powerhealths postal expenses (when's the last time you asked your customers to lend you money! and cover YOUR bills?) and I still dont have my product.
Hi, thanks for your review. Having looked into this I can confirm that a mistake was made in sending out the incorrect goods in the first place which we can only apologise. I believe you were asked if you wanted the goods, and as you did not we asked you to decline the parcel for which there should have been no charge. Replacement goods were despatched and we understood that you had received these. There was some misunderstanding on this occasion for which we can only apologise.Occasionally mistakes do occur, and we always strive to resolve them to the customers satisfaction. The glucosamine product has kept my knee going for years despite arthritis and other weaknesses. My poor rating is due to the change from Royal Mail to a delivery co..it's such a nuisance needing to sign for these low value products. I improve you to scrap the sign for element
We're very sorry to hear about the delivery issues you've experienced. Royal Mail recently altered their postal service (changes took effect from April 2nd) and charges and packet sizes all changed. We're in the process of reviewing the whole system & trying not to pass any of the increased costs onto our customers, but in the meantime we've been using a courier service for many of the items which we would have sent via Royal Mail in the past. We'll try and get everything sorted out as soon as possible.

Good For Buying In Bulk
I have bought from Power Health for many years and found their products very consistent in quality. Delivery times seem to have speeded up recently too. They are good for buying vitamins in bulk and splitting amongst the family - the savings are considerable.
Hair Thickening Serum
The product arrived very promptly a couple of days after ordering, which was great. It had leaked a bit. It was well wrapped up so it wasn't too messy but unfortunately I have lost some of the contents. It is too early yet to give a review regarding the results from the product as I have only used it a couple of times so far. I like the fact that it is not greasy and am hoping that it does make my hair seem thicker.
