Origins bombards you with emails daily in the lead up to Christmas, to get you to place an order before you lose out. You spend your precious time selecting something you quite fancy the look of, plus the mandatory an add on item or two in order to qualify for the 'free gift'. You finally register and place your order, and then spend the next week or so wondering why your parcel hasn't arrived. A couple of days later, you phone up, to be told, 'We're very sorry for the delay - your parcel is on its way'. A parcel then arrives in a much smaller box than anticipated: You open it to discover that it contains all of your add-ons, but your main item is missing. You then phone them and hold for twenty-five mins, as all of their staff are busy. The grand finale is that you are told that your main item is out of stock and you'll be receiving a refund. It is now two weeks since I placed my order and I am stuck with add on items that I never really wanted in the first place! Do these people not know that TIME IS MONEY???? I think I'll stick to L'Occitane and Clarins from now on.
