I simply don't understand how this site can be up and running still. They don't ship their items and they don't reply to emails. Avoid!

Was told when ordering that my items would not be despatched until 25th February ,due to holidays !!,

Had an email saying my items were despatched 25th Feb, and would be with me the weekend, what weekend (in 2015 !!!, no doubt)

Will now open a dispute with Paypal.

Beware , website does not exist, phone?, you may as well try and get through to the Prime Minister !!! BEWARE !!!!

I placed an order with this company and have now had to open a case with Paypal as item not arrived and money has been taken.

I have tried to contact by email but cannot get any answers.

Just hope I can get money back!

Item not delivered, having to go through Paypal dispute to claim money back. Just beware, I have emailed twice without a reply and phoned them several times of day and no-one picked up the phone. I wonder if they are still in business??

What can I say, Onlinehairandbeauty.co.uk is so quick and easy. Great wee site for picking up presents for mates. The site is easy to use and the checkout process is fairly painless. Haven't had to use customer service so can't really comment on it! The reason for adding the review was a GHD styles I picked-up, checked the official GHD site to make sure they were genuine, and it all checked out okay! Have recommended it to a couple of friends.
