Sounds like this is a fraudulent website do not use! Never received my order and very poor customer service

Order placed 2/1/16 am told 5-7 working days. 8 working days later no order so emailed them. No response, rang 24 hours later and told they would email me. Email came six hours later to say they were pleased to tell me my order had been approved and would be with by the 19th at the latest. So I emailed them back to ask why etc and got no response. The 19th came and went and still no order, rang on the 20th to ask where it was only to be told it was posted 1st class on the 19th.

I ask why and I am told part of the order was out of stock, I ask why I was not informed and why it has taken so long and all I got was "I dunno"

Be sure I will not be paying £5 for a delivery that takes some 21 days to arrive again.

I just wish I could give a negative star rating.

nutritionvalley take your money and never send goods.

They rarely answer emails and never answer telephone calls.

Have ordered goods from them and just keep getting excuses why they can't send it, Stock level errors, well send it first class royal mail on 12 October, rubbish they have no intentions of sending anything.

The company are run from a dirty little terrace property in the north of UK, and use hostgator American servers, strange to say the least when hosgator have UK based servers.

Try ringing their Tel you'll be greeted with an answer machine "sorry all of our operators are busy"
