My first experience with Night-Guard.co.uk was rather good back in June 2012. It was fast delivered and satisfactory customer serviced.

However, I made a second purchase recently and have to admit that the customer service was terrible. The product offer was not clearly displaying the different options so I ordered by mistake a night guard for grinding teeth rather than just a dental retainer.

The product I was delivered was not only not well presented but also dirty.

I inmediatly contacted customer service. I was attended by a woman who provided an unpleasant response and completely blamed on me for such a mistake. I requested a price for having a proper retainer made for me with the custom impression they already have and did not even receive an answer.

I would certainly not recommend this company to anybody.
