Ordered various items costing £17.53. One item was missing. I received 6 phone calls and various emails from the company over a missing item worth £1.20! Never received it.

I have ordered 2 weeks ago and i still not have my order when i emailed them they never respond, very poor customer service never order from here again and i do not recommend at all.

Medical delivery is time sensitive. Multipharmacy does not appreciate this and six days after placing my order having heard nothing from them I today found myself ordering the same product again to ensure I actually get it, only this time I am ordering from Weldrick Pharmacy.

Weldrick have already sent me a dispatch notification, the same day I placed my order. Today I have also, finally, received a dispatch notification from Multipharmacy for the order I placed last week.

Bearing in mind the price is the same once Multipharmacy's delivery charge is taken into account I know that in future I will be sticking to Weldrick Pharmacy for my online medication ordering and will be steering clear of Multipharmacy.

Thanks to Multipharmacy I am suffering several days' hiatus in my medication that I would not have suffered if they had stuck to their 3-5 day delivery estimate. I am not meant to have a hiatus in applying this medication. If I had just ordered from Weldrick as usual, I would not be having this problem.

Weldrick seem to always beat their best case time estimate. In my experience contrastingly Multipharmacy fail by days to meet even their worst case estimate. This is not suitable for time-sensitive medical/pharmaceutical supplies and the competition performs better.

I am delighted with my Denture product . It does everything it states . I never have to worry that my denturewill slip or come loose . It is the best thing i have ever brought online . I like the idea that i can eat and drink tea and cold drinks as much as i like. Without thinking my Dentures will come loose again .

I bought a foot care product that is made in Europe and not available in North America. I was able to get it through MultiPharmacy by mail within a few days, at a reasonable price. The web site was easy to navigate, payment through PayPal was quick. E-mail communication was quick.

I will use this service again, without question.

My order was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately a couple of bottles had been damaged in transit. This was rectified immediately and I received a refund for the faulty items. Highly recommended.

This is the first - but most definitely not the last - time I have used MultiPharmacy. They are quick and efficient and maintain contact with you so that you know how your order is progressing. Their prices are very competitive and I got an amazing offer of some complimentary supplements that were worth far more than the item that I purchased! It doesn't get much better than that does it?!

I received my order promptly, but when I read the label found the Eye Q tablets to be strawberry flavour, which I am allergic to. I had opened the packet, and rang to explain that I could not use them. A very helpful assistant changed them for me an no extra cost, and they arrived the next day. I will recommend Multipharmacy to others for such good service. Many thanks.

Been a customer for a few years now and I felt the need to write a review. It's always been great service, prices have always been exceptionally good. But this time they excelled themselves. I bought a £15 nanogen product and ended up getting a £79 packed of nanogen intervention as part of their promotion.

In this day and age it's rare to actually get a free gift that you genuinely pay the asking price for.
