Too Long To Process
Second time I've used this firm and both times they took 5-6 days to process the order, so obviously not a one-off. This time the order hadn't even been posted until I contacted them it nearly a week later - tracking info finally showing up as posted only on that same day. Not kept informed. Not impressed.
