Cannot give 5 stars as my order, on the whole, was fine, except for one item which was badly marketed, and the package it was in had to be opened with scissors therefore it cannot be returned as I understand. Seems they are not aware of the use of this item and that it is misleading to the customer. I would say very little information or advice is given on a lot of the products they sell. So they need to be more informative to really grab the UK market

I've only purchased from Love Makeup once and after reading reviews I was a little nervous, but I couldn't be happier! Placed the order on the Thursday 29th and it had arrived NYE which was the following Saturday.. two days later!! I saw where the package was from and couldn't believe it! Items were correct and in perfect condition. The website is a bit basic but easy enough to navigate. I can't comment on their communication as I haven't had to contact them but what I can say is that I will definitely be purchasing from their website in the future

This is my first and last order from this dodgy site. I ordered a Rae Morris foundation brush. Firstly I paid extra for speedier delivery and was happy with the timescale of placing and receiving my order. Upon opening my parcel the packet in which the brush is kept had been opened, all Rae's brushes come in a sealed packet. The brush also has a protective sleeve, the brush was completely out of this and the sleeve was crumpled up inside the open packet. Furious as this was an expensive brush. I should of done more research before ordering from this well below par business and needless to say I will now avoid it like the plague. Beautylish in America also stock Rae's brushes and I will be ordering from there from now on and delivery is only one week. AVOID this site.

purchased a large amount of makeup from them at the beginning of june. 20th june, still no sign of it arriving. I have sent 5 emails asking for an update - no response. I have also tried calling twice - no answer. I logged the problem with the paypal resolution centre and within two minute I received an email stating "order cancelled"!! however, still no refund received. I have now escalated it to paypal so hopefully will get my refund soon. this company is a total disgrace!

Love the website, total addict and great brands!!! So pleased with the delivery service ordered arrived the next day !!! Didn't have to wait anxiously... Love love love "love make up"

I have orderd from love-makeup.co.uk a few times and im just so happy with everything that i got (mainly Lime Crime things). I live in Sweden and i have the standard mail and it gets to me in 3-4 days. Just all and all a great place to order makeup from.

First off they do pack everything very very well. But i have noticed that some of for instance lime crime lipstick boxes are mushed together, but the lipstick isn't broken or anything. Just that i love the packaging of the lime crime stuff :) Other than that i love this website

Great products and very quick delivery. Great selection of good quality products and good value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

I love ordering from Love Makeup, my order is always sent out the same day even though they publish a 2.00pm deadline. My orders have always been after that and it still gets sent the same day.

I ordered a Lime Crime lipstick which I desperately wanted by the next day for a night out I had planned so I paid the extra (£6.99) for next day delivery. As it was 9am on a Thursday that my order was placed, I should have received it by the end of Friday but it didn't turn up, I was very disappointed and sent an email to them but thought oh well, if it comes on Saturday morning I might get wear out of it on Saturday night...still no sign of it on the Saturday either! Or a reply from them regarding my query. Very poor service and I will not recommend this site to anyone or purchase from it again.

I ordered a lipstick and it was dry, waxy, smelly and COMPLETLY OUT OF DATE!
