Very Untrustworthy
I ordered perfume for myself, paid for it and they wanted proof of identity, ID, bank statement etc. Very worrying from a company that I don't know. I don't know if I have paid for the perfume and don't think that it will arrive. I now have a load of hassle to cancel this order and wish I'd never heard of them
The customer is complaining because we asked for their ID. This doesn't mean we are untrustworthy. Rather, we were carrying out a standard fraud check.

Simple And Quick!
I ordered a Chanel fragrance for my mum from this site. It arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and gift wrapped. My mum loved it and I will order from this website again. I hadn't heard of them at first but I read their reviews and they seem really genuine. I would definitely order again.

Cheap And Nasty
I ordered a top of the range perfume from lovefragrance.co.uk, their website looks professional and they were the cheapest, but not by much!! The perfume arrived in a box surrounded by packaging but when i took the perfume out of the box the actual perfume box was thin and torn, it looks like something you purchase from a market!! very inferior! I spent over £70 but there is no way I can give my daughter this rubbish for Christmas!! Extremely disappointed!
