Never again will I trust Long Locks Extensions Ltd. Having placed an order for a pair of extensions for £54.99 I was told I'd receive my orders in a matters of days. However after 2 weeks of getting nothing, I contacted the site and they said a replacement order would be dispatched as a matter of urgency. However 1 more week have passed and I still have not gotten anything and so have emailed the site back a further 2 time to ask what is going on but received no replies anymore either. Now I have requested a refund and am waiting on a reply but chances are thats about £50+ I will never see again with nothing to show for.
