Place order on 15April & today 16May still not receive my perfume. Sent few emails no respond & call the contact no. stated but never got people pickup. Now in process lodge my report to local National Consumer Complaint Centre.

I'll give them another 2weeks, once i come back from oversea still no parcel receive...I'll hack their website.

Customer always right!!

ordered this product on the 17th april still haven't heard anything thought it would only take a week 10 days at the most , as you said . disappointed .

I ordered my perfume early march and i have not received my perfume.. i have emailed them a million times but have received no response. I won't rest till justice is done to all the customers who was cheated

I have ordered some perfume from this company about two weeks ago I paid extra so it came registed post. I got confirmation it had been dispatched but nothing has arrived I have emailed them a few times and no reply. Make of this what you will but I won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommended that anybody else should use them.

I bought perfume, they charged money but I didn't get perfume. I wrote them 7 emails, but they just ignored it. I tried to call them but none of phone numbers was available. So i don't know how can i get my money back.

Ordered a 125ml bottle of Paris perfume and paid by paypal at the time of ordering. A few days later I received an email from paypal stating my money had been returned and that I should contact London perfume shop if you want any details as to why. I have tried contacting them but they choose to ignore my emails. Not a company I would deal with again.

I ordered merchandise from this website. There website states that it was delivered yet my order is nowhere to be seen. I have emailed this company several times without reply. I have contacted paypal to see what can be done as I have clearly wasted my money! to anyone who wants to buy perfume the phone number is not working DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered perfume for my wife's birthday from this company .

After 2 weeks ,nothing arrived, sent a number of emails but no response from them and finally on day 17 the order arrived.

Happy with perfumes price but delivery time frame and customer service very poor.

They cancelled my order 6 days after I had paid without even telling me. I only got to find out when I got my credit card bill and noticed the refund.

They eventually replied to my email, saying that they were unable to confirm my address. What a load of old cobblers! I have been at the same address for over 30 years and no other company has been "unable to confirm my address".

Use a reputable company such as Cheapsmells.com

Agree with many of the reviews online. I never received my order, when I tried to chase, did not receive replies to emails and the phone number doesn't work. I've had experience of these types of sites before - the way they seem to work is that they do sent out a few orders, to make themselves look as if they might actually exist, but they don't send out the majority of orders - the just keep your money. I will be reporting them to OFT
