Sent me the wrong product and hell to get what I ordered..now ignoring my emails so will lodge a complaint and refer them to trading standards

Buyer beware - should have read the small print! Didn't tell me until I'd ordered that the bank address and delivery address have to be the same - but took money anyway. No communication to say Order had been disallowed until I searched and it said it didn't exist. While waiting for answer, saw in very small print, I would also be responsible for customs duty at receiving end (France), on top of £12 postage. Different amount taken by World Pay to amount on invoice - even postage amount was different. When they finally said order refused because addresses didn't match, asked for refund. Said it's on it's way ...... waited twice what they said, and kept chasing up. Eventually received a refund mail from World Pay to say refund being activated, no apology from Life&Looks Team, just tell me to query it with my bank. Finally refund received today, nearly 3 weeks later. If I hadn't searched for status of Order on account, would I still be thinking the order was on it's way? No confidence to ever buy from this Company again. Pull your socks up people of Life&Looks!

After purchasing a product from this company ,I was not happy with the quality,the product was rubbish.so I contacted customer service,only to be told that they don't do refunds,and was threatened with "action" if I gave them a bad review,stay well clear of this shower of two Bob market traders.

First off the package came extremely well parcelled, no way my order was gonna break because of how safely it was wrapped. Everything was secure and that promised no one would be able to get into my parcel during delivery, which is amazing!! It came fast even during the pandemic which I was thankful for. All in all I would order again and know that the quality is great

I got a wrong item. They didn't bring my money back and now I left loosing money and with different gender parfume.. Such a waste of money. Never gonna order again!! Now I don't even get any response to my emails. Communication with clients is unacceptable. Worst experience ever.

They sent me the wrong item (their mistake) they said I had to pay to have the item returned or they would not refund my money.

So I ended up without the item I ordered and ended up out of pocket.

They were really horrible to deal with

This is the second time I've ordered from Life and Looks and unfortunately my most recent experience has been very unpleasant.

I ordered a total of 9 items off of their website on 10/26/2018, on 11/1/2018 I received an order confirmation that my items were shipped along with a notification from Paypal that I had received a small refund from Life and Looks.

I emailed them to ask what the refund was regarding only to be told apparently they only had 2 of the 9 items in stock meaning that 7 items were NOT shipped.

1) I was never notified at all that majority of the items I ordered were not in stock, you would think that would be important. If I hadn't emailed to ask about why I was refunded I would have received my order two weeks from now with most of it missing. I am leaving on a trip so this is time sensitive. Had they emailed me on 10/26 when I first ordered that they were out of stock I would have had time to order elsewhere but I found out on 11/2 when they replied to my email.

2) I received a refund for 2 of the out of stock items but not the rest. So not only is my order screwed up, they have kept part of my money for the missing items. Now I have to talk to Paypal or my credit card company. It's 2018, refunds are simple and easy, is there some reason why I should have to email repeatedly to ask for the rest of my refund?

My dermatologist recommended that I use a sunscreen containing mexoryl. I found one made by La Roche Posay on the Life and Looks website that said in the description it contained 3 types of mexoryl. They sent a product that contained no mexoryl and when I wrote to question it, they said to return it. It would cost more than twice what I paid for it to return it to Ireland.

Won't refund me on a package that hasnt been able to be tracked for about 2 weeks, jerking me around, telling me it's still out for delivery. I want a refund and the fact that you are avoiding giving me one is fraudulent

I ordered from Life & Looks and I have never received my order.

I ordered on March 3, 2016.

I have written them numerous times and received one email in return stating they cannot yet look into it.

Really bad customer service and no response.

I have now written to ask for my money back. I'm not holding my breath!
