All this is phony and an Internet Rip off in the highest degree. Working in Law enforcement we have alerted the FBI in Washington and the Interpol in France to shut down this site. Don't get hurt and burned.

PS MasterCard, when contacted did not assist us at all and become thus a co-conspirator. Unlike American Express who would credit my account instantaneously and charge back the amount to the merchant. American Express is the only viable company to fight such frauds.
