This site looks legit.

However, when I received my order confirmation email I noticed there was no mention of which type of courier that was being used. It just said "3 to 5 days". There was no option to track my order either.

The delivery time has passed and my order has still not arrived. Krystal Direct do not offer a contact phone number so I have had to email them to chase my order. They have not responded. Just silence.

I feel angry. They have taken my money but they have not delivered.

I am less likely to purchase things online in the future - consumers have no protection!

No delivery and no response for email. No Tracking no.

I have to contact my credit card company to get the money back.

Please pay little extra to other supplier but don't waste time with this company.

The moleskin arrived very promptly at a good price and has proved excellent in use. I will be buying more.

I ordered 3 Dr Optic lens cleaners, received 2 and unable to get any acknowledgment/response to resolve the issue, no action from email, chat and no phone number.

Avoid, and would not recommend as it was a very simple order, the service slow and feel ripped off

I will say that the product was delivered very quickly and your website is fine but like alot of these tooth related products it was far from useable. If I were you I would remove this item from your line of products as it does not do what it says on the tin and is terrible to use.

Bought eyelash dye from KrystalDirect. Order was dispatched immediately and arrived within 2/3 days. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Order came in a timely manner. We will be back! Good product.
